We are celebrating the fact that ultimately THE EARTH IS OUR SHARED HERITAGE. We begin with the realization that this "BLUE BALL" of ours had to work very hard for billions of years to make it possible for us to come into being and this MOTHER sustains us all via the enormous store of wonderful things: Air, Water, Land (all that lies above and below it) and so as we celebrate this Heritage and enjoy her bounty it is our responsibility to share equally with every member of the family and at the same time preserve it lovingly for use by our children and grand children.
